- Permanent role, full time 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday role with hours worked between 0800 - 1700

About the Role
Te Kāika Wellbeing Hub is a ‘one stop shop’ of integrated services established as a Treaty-based partnership between Te Kāika - Ōtākou Health, Te Manatū Whakahiato Ora - Ministry of Social Development and Health NZ.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate the effective functioning of Te Kāika Wellbeing Hub and the Health New Zealand services.
- Ensuring administration and service standards are met and complaints are resolved
- Ensure that Health NZ outpatient services delivered from Te Kāika Wellbeing Hub are run in a way which best supports the health needs of the community, enabling services to focus on reducing health inequities and disparities in access and outcomes
- Establishing and developing relationships with key stakeholders and being the liaison for Health NZ for the day to day Southern operations at Te Kāika
- Referral loading, wait listing, and booking of patients for outpatient clinics for Outpatient Services
- Providing service support to the Charge Nurse Manager of 4th Floor and Frederick Street Outpatients and Ward 4b.
- Working with Te Kāika Wellbeing Hub partners to realise the vision of providing wraparound care that will particularly benefit Māori, Pasifika and low-income whānau while promoting rakatirataka through tikaka.
- Facilitating constructive communication and collaboration between partners and services and solving problems as they arise.

About you
We are looking for a strong team player who has excellent written and verbal communication skills. Our successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with the ability to work independently as well as leading a team.
Our ideal candidate will:
- Have three or more years of administration experience and have experience implementing Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
- Be computer literate with a knowledge of Microsoft Suite, SIPICS and Health Connect South
- Have experience using a wide range of information technology tools
- Be comfortable interacting with a variety of people and attending to issues that arise – usually at the same time
