- Salary Band $70,970 to $73,941 p.a. pro-rata

About the Role
This role will effectively contribute to the smooth running of the service by providing an efficient and timely administrative support function that is responsive and flexible to the changing needs of the service/organisation.
As part of our team, you will be carrying out a wide range of administrative and reception duties and providing essential support, including but not limited to providing effective reception services – answering incoming calls, welcoming visitors, booking and managing of patients, data entry, clerical work and so much more.

About you
We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with a variety of people and tasks. You’ll have a positive outlook, excellent relationship management skills and function well under the pressure that often occurs in a health environment.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- Previous administration experience
- Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively with other professionals
- Excellent time management, interpersonal and organisational skills
- The ability to be adaptable, flexible and solution focused
- Strong computer skills
- The ability to handle confidential information in a sensitive and professional manner
