About the Role
We are looking for a receptionist to join our incredible community nursing administration team. This is role involves a variety of administrative tasks which may vary on a daily basis. The primary function of this role is to provide front of house reception duties.
Located at Wakari Hospital Toroa Centre, this busy and varied role will be challenging with competing deadlines and conflicting priorities.

About you
You will have a clear and transparent communication style, be a highly motivated, enthusiastic administrator who is willing to take on this varied role. This role will provide the opportunity for you to demonstrate exceptional administration skills and the ability to work autonomously and as an integral part of a wider administration team. You will need to use your initiative, be IT savvy, well organised to ensure tasks and deadlines are met. As the first person to meet and greet our customers, your warm and friendly personality will be a real asset.
Ideally you will also bring the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a busy administrator role – preferably with iPM & Health Connect South experience
- A strong team player, with ability and desire to work cohesively across the team
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to communicate clearly, both in written and verbal form
- Ability to follow instructions
- Competent and confident using the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
- A strong eye for detail
- Respectful nature handling confidential information in a professional manner
- Excellent communication with a natural flair for fostering positive relationships
