About the Role
As we evolve into a digital environment, we have a fixed term, full-time (1 FTE) Digitisation Quality Officer position available until 30 September 2025 to ensure the quality of the information we are digitising meets standards set out by Archives New Zealand, while producing a digital document for our staff to access, and additionally ensuring quality information is able to be accessed timely by staff.
This role contributes to the smooth running of the Digitisation service by providing an efficient and timely digitisation support function that is responsive and flexible to the changing needs of the service/organisation.

About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Excellent IT Skills with an ability to learn new systems
- Ability to use multiple applications
- Proven ability to work with IT solutions to ensure data quality
- Ability to operate and run a quality assurance program including quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Ability to trouble shoot IT Issues
- High standard of interpersonal communication skills, including written and verbal
- High level of accuracy, judgment and maintaining confidentiality
- A Diploma in Business administration would be an advantage
