Digitisation Officer - Preparation
- Dunedin Hospital, Fixed term, full-time opportunity available until end of June 2026
- Salary between $57,291 and $63,630 per annum pro rata depending on experience
- Hours of work – Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.30pm

About the Role
As the Digitisation Officer – Preparation you will effectively produce an accurate digital document of our Clinical information and contribute to the smooth running of the Digitisation service of our Clinical Records. You will provide an efficient and timely function that is responsive and flexible to the changing needs of the service which including file preparation and document management.

About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- High standard of interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to process large volumes of documents with varying sizes and formatting
- Ability to focus for extended periods of time
- Ability to use Digitisation hardware and software
