- Salary between $75,561 and $88,168 depending on experience
- Code using ICD 10-AM 12th Edition (training can be provided)

About the Role
Our talented team of clinical coders deliver accurate, thorough information for the health of our region.
You will be responsible for identifying and translating inpatient medical procedures, interventions and diagnoses into code using various systems such as ICD 10-AM 12th Edition, the Australian Coding Standards (ACS) and the Australian Classification of Health Interventions (ACHI).
The role is a part-time opportunity working Monday-Friday, based at Southland Hospital.

About you
The successful applicant will preferably have coded in ICD-10-AM 12th Edition, and ideally hold (or be studying towards) a HIMAA Clinical Coding qualification and will therefore have some understanding of the requirements of clinical coding within a health environment.
