  • Dunedin Hospital, Fixed Term until 30/01/2026 full time 40 hours per week
  • Salary between $74,090 and $77,420 per annum pro rata

About the Role

This position provides high quality administrative support to the Radiology department ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. The role involves optimal management and scheduling of all patient new and follow-up appointments, wait list management, accounts and maintaining data on departmental databases.

As the Booking Administrator you will be heavily involved with administrative processes for our service, and we’re looking for someone who is ‘on the ball’ when it comes to ensuring that the necessary paperwork is spot on! The role also involves a significant amount of communication with other pivotal key members, including patients.
