- Salary between $74,090 and $77,420 per annum pro rata

About the Role
This position provides high quality administrative support to the Diagnostic Testing Department ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. The role involves optimal management and scheduling of all patient new and follow-up appointments, wait list management, accounts and maintaining data on departmental databases.
As the Booking Administrator you will be heavily involved with administrative processes for our service, and we’re looking for someone who is ‘on the ball’ when it comes to ensuring that the necessary paperwork is spot on! The role also involves a significant amount of communication with other pivotal key members, including patients.

To succeed in this role you will need to have:
- Previous administrative experience
- Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively with other professionals
- Excellent time management, prioritisation, interpersonal and organisational skills
- The ability to be adaptable, flexible and solution focused
- Strong computer skills are essential
You must also be comfortable interacting with a variety of people and attending to issues that arise – usually at the same time!
