- Salary between $65,627 and $70,024 per annum

About the Role
The Administration Officer will effectively contribute to the smooth running of the service by providing an efficient and timely administrative support function that is responsive and flexible to the ever-changing needs of the service and organisation.
This role will carry out a wide range of administrative and reception duties and providing essential support to other staff members within the team. Administrative tasks will include but are not limited to answering phones, reception cover, maintaining patient information (both electronically and in hard copy), database maintenance and ordering supplies.

About you
You must be a team player with strong written and verbal communication skills, who has a high attention to detail. You must also be comfortable interacting with a variety of people and attending to issues that arise – usually at the same time! Our ideal candidate needs to be able to prioritise and juggle tasks, within demanding timeframes.
