About the Role
As an Administration Officer – Dispatch you will contribute to the smooth running of the Clinical Records service by providing an efficient and timely administrative support function that is responsive and flexible to the changing needs of the organisation.
This fast-paced role has a strong focus on records management, processing requests of varying urgency, maintaining our information database and maintaining tidy storage areas so records can be quickly retrieved when required.
About the Team/Service/ Location
Our Records and Information Service is comprised of Clinical Coding, Digitisation and Clinical Records. There are around 30 staff in total, with the Clinical Records team being 5 team members covering three roles.

About you
To be successful in this busy role you will enjoy working in a demanding environment. You will:
- Be efficient and able to access information quickly
- Possess the ability to work in a structured environment with some repetitive tasks
- Have an understanding of the Privacy Act 2020 and display a high level of discretion handing confidential patient information
- Be a team player with very good communication skills
- Possess strong attention to detail
- Be quick to learn new computer applications and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
