About the Role
The Secretary will effectively contribute to the smooth running of the service by providing an efficient and timely administrative support function.
This role will be responsible for:
- Providing a high quality, responsive administrative support to lakes
- Providing excellent customer service
- Acting as an ambassador for Health NZ Southern
- Working as an integral member of a multi-disciplinary team
About the Team/Service/ Location
Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora - Southern has the largest geographical coverage of all the New Zealand regions, providing services to 350,000 people in diverse communities. About you
You must be a team player with strong written and verbal communication skills, who has a high attention to detail. Our ideal candidate needs to be able to prioritise and juggle tasks, within demanding timeframes. You will have at least two years administrative experience ideally within the healthcare sector.
You will be an experienced administrator who works well in a team environment with the ability to foster good interpersonal relationships
Our successful applicant will have:
- At least 2 years administration experience
- Customer service experience
- Excellent computer skills including sound knowledge of Microsoft word, excel and outlook
- The ability to work well in a team and foster good interpersonal relationships
