Registered Nurse Salary between $75,773 and $106,739 per annum
Social Worker and Occupational Therapist salary between $74,852 and $104,466 per annum

We are looking for a suitably qualified Registered Nurse to work with children and adolescents (and their families), with moderate to severe mental health difficulties. Mōu ake | About you
You’ll work with a broad-based generic caseload, utilising your mental health skills providing excellent assessment and intervention. As someone committed to the MDT approach with a focus on excellent service delivery, you’ll also appreciate that we offer ongoing tailored professional development specific to our Mental Health team. Naturally you’ll have the ability to work under pressure as a team player committed to excellence in service delivery.
You will be a Mental Health Professional and have experience in working with children and adolescent in a mental health setting.
Our ideal candidate will:
- Be a Mental Health Professional with a current APC, with a scope of practice the allows you to work in Mental Health, have the right to work in New Zealand and hold a current NZ Drivers Licence
- Possess excellent assessment and intervention skills
- Have a passion and focus for working with children and adolescent and their families/whanau with compassion and kindness
- Be an exceptional team player who has strong communication skills
- Preferably have previous experience in a Child, Adolescent and Family setting
Mō te tūranga | About the role
This role will:
Provide clinical care and treatment for patients referred to the service.
Work with a broad-based generic caseload, providing assessment and intervention.
Use your experience in the provision of psychotherapy to assist children and adolescents (and their families), with mental health difficulties.
Be part of a passionate multi-disciplinary team, focused on excellent service delivery and results.

Utu whānui | Salary range
Registered Nurse
This role belongs to the Te Whatu Ora /NZNO Collective Agreement and falls between Step 2 ($81,863 p.a. pro-rata) and Step 7 ($106,739) of the Registered Nurse Salary Scale.
Social Worker and Occupational Therapist
This role belongs to the PSA/Te Whatu Ora Allied, Public Health and Technical Multi-Employer Collective Agreement and falls between Step 1 ($74,842 p.a) and Step 7 ($104,466 p.a pro rata) of the Degree-Based Allied, Public Health and Technical scale.
