  • Fixed term – till 17 February 2023
  • Part time – 0.8 FTE (32 hours per week)
  • No shift work
  • An exciting opportunity to develop a specialist area – training will be provided

 

 

About the Role

Our busy Outpatients Department has a rare opportunity for a registered nurse to join their Ophthalmology Clinic team in a fixed term position.  If you have an interest and desire to learn about the specialist field of Ophthalmology – this is an opportunity for you to learn and work in our Outpatient clinic in this fixed term role through until February 2023.  We will provide you with ongoing teaching in this area.

 

The clinics are usually held on week days, but occasionally there can be some weekend work. 

 

About You

You will be working in a multi-disciplinary team, educating and sharing knowledge with patients and outpatients staff so outstanding relationship building skills are essential.

 

Integral to this role is your positive and confident nature along with your drive, desire to learn, and care for your patients.
