Mō te tūranga | About the role
We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to work in the Te Anau and surrounding districts on a casual basis. You will provide holistic nursing care and support care to a variety of clients, in Te Anau and surrounds, ranging from terminal care and post discharge follow-up. You will be responsible for planning and implementing care to a diverse range of patients.

You will be a passionate, committed and enthusiastic nurse who has a positive attitude. This is the perfect opportunity for those of you who have broad experience from a surgical and medical or community setting, and of course, you’ll love to work autonomously within the community. It is essential that applicants have had 3-5 years of varied post-basic nursing experience.
Because you will be driving every day, a full, clean driver’s licence is essential for this role.
You must be registered in accordance with the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 as a Registered Nurse and have a current practicing certificate.

Utu whānui |Salary range
This role belongs to the Te Whatu Ora/NZNO Collective Agreement and falls between Step 3 ($83,999 p.a. pro-rata) and Step 7 ($103,630) p.a. pro-rata of the Registered Nurse Salary Scale.
