Salary Band – $65k-$73k

There’s a lot going on in health, with the creation of a new national agency; Te Whatu Ora Health New Zealand, and the building of the New Dunedin Hospital, now is the perfect time to jump in and help us achieve excellence in asset management.
Mō te tūranga | About the role
Following a recent restructure, we now have a dedicated Asset Management team of four people in our Facilities & Property department. This new team needs an Asset Analyst to help turn our asset data into useful information that can help us make good decisions about the future of our hospital buildings.
Your role will be all about planning, and about understanding how the core assets that make up a complex hospital building fit together, and knowing what needs to be done to keep things working. You will be a details person, and a big picture person, and you’ll be keen to learn about new technology and new ways of working as we move towards a carbon zero future.

Our ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in asset management
- Experience in data analysis
- Previous experience in a healthcare environment would be a big help
- Most importantly, a positive, can-do attitude

Utu whānui |Salary range
This role falls between $65,766 and $73,073 p.a depending on the candidate’s skills and experience.
